NY United BJJ offers kids’ classes that teach traditional Brazilian jiu-jitsu, self-defense, and anti-bullying training. Also, we offer competition training for advanced jiu-jitsu students. Kid's Class Details

Our kid’s martial arts classes are available to students ages 5-13. We provide three classes per week for you to choose from. Your child will learn the basic jiu-jitsu art form as well as additional training to help with self-defense and anti-bullying measures. Our kids’ program will provide your child with physical fitness and self-defense knowledge. It is our goal to help your student develop confidence and a strong mindset while pushing themselves physically. What is BJJ?
